Meet Erik
Erik has passion for helping people change and improve their lives. He has works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He knows and understands that life can and will be stressful, whether it be school, work, caring for children, taking care of aging parents, or a mixture of all of the above. In his practice he is committed to helping each of his clients learn how to live a more fulfilling and balanced life despite the many stressors that each are faced with on a daily basis. Erik’s approach is unique because he believes that therapy is a journey that is truly collaborative between the client and the therapist. He will walk the journey side by side with you and assist you along the way to help you live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. A few examples of skills and therapies that Erik utilizes in his practice are, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths based therapy, supportive therapy and gestalt therapy. In his free time, Erik enjoys running, cooking, doing DIY house projects, and spending time with his 3 dogs Abraham, Eloise, and Jerimiah.
